It depends a little on where you are in the world. I have found a contact form for the UK (their remote control model list does not feature the DVG-9100N / DVG-9200N, so you would need to enquire with them). The contact URL is as follows:
Same thing here so I took the top off the DVD drive, I slid the lazer head to the spindle and it played, sometimes it plays several disks and other times it works once, I believe the drive itself needs replaced, However since the unit can be bought online for about 40 bucks, its time to replace the unit, keep the old one for parts....
I didn't have that problem before but you can try this:
