Question about Plantronics Explorer 220 Bluetooth Headset Wireless Headset
Try and re-pair your device with your phone. Here is a quick run down if you don't know.
First, remove the device from your phone's bluetooth list.
Second, and this works for Explorer Series: 220,320, 330, 340, 350 Begin with the headset turned off. Press and hold down the silver call control button in for 6-10 seconds. The light will flash blue first. Continue to hold the button down then release the button when the indicator light starts flashing red then blue. This will place your device back in discovery mode.
Third, use your phone to search for new devices and add it back to the list.
FYI- ALL listed models passkeys are 0000. (4 zeros)
If this doesn't help the only advice I have for you is 1. submit a help request to Plantronics web site or 2. Get a new device.
