Question about True T-49 Side by Side Refrigerator Commercial

T-49 side by side ref commercial

My ref just died down.....lights turned off and the fans are not working...what's wrong?

Oil leaking from fan...True TS-49. Fan stopped...got fan going by spinning it. but frig is not sealing.


It sounds like you need a new fan motor. Is it the fan inside the refrigerator compartment or the very bottom of the unit? And what do you mean by not sealing? Let me know. I can order the parts for you.

Evap fans not running after power loss and restart


It sounds like you could be stuck on a defrost cycle? The system is in a pump down cycle, check solenoid valve is off but compressor is not cutting on pressure switch.

Is the compressor fan motor running?
If so, replace the capacitor on the compressor.

If no.
Replace the thermostat.

You would have to have your fans power supply wired in series with the thermostat.

Extreme condensation, pooling in the floor of T-49


Please check your drain. These units have a drain pan for the condensation. After these units have been running the drain may develope a build up of debris.

T-49 delivery - set-up


Make sure that the service valves are open. After you have checked that, hook up your refrigeration gauges and verify that you have not lost all of your refrigerant. Please do this and let me know if you need any further guidance.

Kitchenaid refrigerator not working


it would not be likely to stuck in defrost mode but my guess would be the compressor is not running. overheated or the condenser is full of dirt. as you said , you can hear fan running, is it inside the ref or outside?..or both?..if that is the case, then it is on freezing mode because the fans would not run on defrost mode..i hope i was able to help..
