Question about HP LaserJet 1000 Printer
Every time I try to print something, it works but as one paper is being fed in, the next paper also catches in for some reason, so the second paper gets jammed half way in. I do not know how to fix this and it keeps happening and is frustrating me. Can someone please help me before I break this thing.
If your location is too humid, paper can stick together. If it's too dry, static electricity can also hold paper together.
Incorrect paper thickness / weight can also cause this.
It's a good idea to 'fan' the paper before inserting it, and make sure the paper thickness/weight & room humidity levels agree with those in the specs at the back of the printer manual.

To fix the NON EXISTANT paper jam:
Status light is on, paper light is on - you can hear the paper feed trying to "grab" the paper, but it can't, and status light goes Red.
Take out paper tray
Reset the blue paper holders, move them tight against the paper so the paper is snug against all blue barriers. Cause: Somehow the blue paper holders got dislodged and the paper is not snug so the feeder is trying to grab paper that is slightly out of reach.
