Hello support team, My name is Marianne and I live in the Dominican Republic. My friends from Canada brings me last year a Linksys CIT300, because here we don't can buy one. Last week when I started the p.c. I got a message "Connect linksys with the basis station" I try everything, plug out, plug in, make a new installation, reset, but nothing works. Can you please tell me what I can do?? Thanks Marianne (sorry English is not my language, I'm from Italia)

SOURCE: cit300 ip phone problem installation

Make sure to use the driver for Vista here

* Just look for CIT300 and download the 32bit driver.
* Make sure to uninstall the previous installation you did.
* Unzip the download file
* Run the setup_web CIT300.exe file and just follow the installation instructions.

That should be because your account doesn't allow calls to Dominican Republic... but whether that's purely a financial choice in your agreement or commercial restriction from your service provider or something political is a different Question.
