My 95 buick le sabre needs new front speakers but i cant figure out how to get off the front plastic piece

The door speakers?
there is one screw near the handle to open door, there is a screw on the outer edge of the door panel, you pop off the switch cluster and there is 2 screws in there, the door panel will have clips that hold it on, gently pull to pop them loose, the speaker is at bottom right, if you have concert sound II there is also a tweeter above the speaker
