Hello, Miskokarmike -
The number for your Seagate Expansion External Drive on which you need to focus is the one starting with PN.
If you have not thought of going to the Seagate website, do so. This is the link:
https://www.seagate.com/consumer/
Near the upper right corner of the home page, you will see the link for SUPPORT. Click or tap on that link.
On the Support home page, you will see a white box below this wording: Enter a Product Serial Number for more specific support information
Type the following in that box:
9SE2A4-572
(That is the Product Number for your Seagate drive.)
Click or tap on the Continue button.
In the far left sidebar on the Expansion Hard Drive page you will see links to the Quick Start Guides which are PDF documents.
How hard was that?
Best wishes.

SOURCE: Please tell me when this
hi
usually drives come with 3-5 year warranty .. USB external drives in todays standards are backed up with 5 years typically. i suggest you go to the link below, get in contact with Seagate (Maxtor) and have them tell you when it was made.
