I have a complaint about washing machine model HW-D1270TVE ME i bought this machine 18months ago and it is now broke it cost a lot of money everything on it works except the drum dont go round like the bearings have gone. you dont expect that from a brand new washer. is this the complaints DEPT.??

take it back to the place you bought it from immediately and demand your money back or contact consumer affairs.

If the machine is still under guarantee, either from you or the manufacturer, then it is necessary for the customer and you to continue to chase for a service engineer to call.

Solution for WTW57ESVW0 Whirlpool Washer that won't fill or agitate, but will spin and drain water.

Replacing the Auto Load Sensing Switch (W10177795 - Illus. No. 12 on Control and Rear Panel Parts) fixed the problem.

In addition, a defective switch can also cause the machine to start agitating while it is filling.

It is relatively easy to replace and there are online videos that can help with the replacement.

Anyway, my machine shows an error code "clrf". I just spoke to someone at Comet, and apparently this means there is too much foam in the machine. The machine will then refill with water and try to rinse it out, but if after that the machine still has too much foam in, then it will stop the cycle. Hence why my clothes are still wet (although I'd not realised they weren't rinsed properly either!).

I have not been using excessive amounts of washing powder, and usually use powder tablets or the liquid tablet sort, so they are a set amount and I don't do anything daft like stick 6 tablets in! I find it ridiculous that this would cause a problem with the washing machine, as I've used them perfectly fine with other washing machines.

Anyway, the advice from Comet was to keep trying different washing powders until i find one that foams less.

Just to make sure check the voltage of the charger at the tip to make sure the voltage is within the specs of the laptops needs. This would be a cheaper test instead of changing out a main board. I replace mainboards for $300 shipped. It's hard on the owner too, not only for the money spent but because a new 15.4 inch laptop cost about 300-400 bucks these days.
