A circuit its wired to feed switches, plugs or outlets, neutral, ground and hot wires, the rest like switches could be near the main power(brakers), in the middle or at the end, but they are like brenches from the main circuit, try to understand how electricity works and always try to be safe, if you dont know ask an expert or buy a manual, good luck ;)

Hi!3-phase motor wires brn/blue/blk no open cct.P.c.b there are no components burnt out or blown.I removed interlock switch and will buy new one and try again.Belt ok.Pump solenoid valve ok .

Check for a motor start capacitor that is defective. This can happen without external symptoms. Highly unlikely Hotpoint washer has 3-phase motor. Most household loads are single-phase. In North American residences, three-phase power might feed a multiple-unit apartment block, but the household loads are connected only as single phase. In lower-density areas, only a single phase might be used for distribution. Some large European appliances may be powered by three-phase power, such as electric stoves and clothes dryers. Three wires could be for different speed ranges or one could be frame ground.

I have two hot wires and two neutrul wires coming from the box. how do I hook them up so everything works

Open following link to see specific wiring diagram:
http://waterheatertimer.org/How-to-wire-switches.html#combo2

There is only one Hot wire inside each household 120volt single-phase wall or ceiling box.
Unless wiring is off-code.
Hot wire is usually the black wire coming from circuit breaker.
White wire that arrives inside same cable with Hot black is the Neutral wire.

The other black and white wires evidently go to light fixture.
Which wire is Hot?
Separate black wires, turn power ON, tape tester leads to wood sticks, test each black wire to bare ground wire. Tester lights up on hot wire. Or separate black wires and use non-contact voltage tester.

Need instructions for installing- model 0192773 instructions # 3 ses connect red timer wire to wire from fixture using wire connector What is the wire from the fixture, is it postive or negative? no...

Open following link for large print instructions, and specific wiring step.

The 'wire from fixture' means the wire that goes to the light.
One of the two wires that previously connected to switch is 'wire from fixture.'

The wire that goes to light will not show any power when it is disconnected from switch, and will not test positive or negative.

Single phase household electricity does not test positive or negative.
Household electricity is AC current which means the electricity is an oscillating wave that reverses direction either 50 or 60 times per second, depending on which country you reside.

For example each electrical appliance, like TV or treadmill, has small rating sticker, and in US, the rating sticker will show 60Hz. This is 60 cycles per second. A 60Hz appliance will not work in India or New Zealand or other countries that have 50Hz electricity.

Batteries are DC current and will test positive or negative.
Household electricity is AC current and does not test positive or negative.

Assuming that you are planning to use the push in connectors then if you have four connections they are normally in two groups of two. Each group is connected to a single pole of the switch so you place one wire in either hole of each group. The switch will toggle simple on/off capability

LG Dryer DLE7177RM The dryer just stopped working and I get shock when I open the door. I tried turning the circuit breaker on and off but it didn't help.

CALL FOR SERVICE !!! Leave breaker off. Let an appliance service person check the power supply wires and possibly internal wire harnes fault. If this is a new dryer, the power cord hook up may have been done improperly, or the household dryer recepticle may be wired improperly.
