I have rec'd texts on my new Blackberry Curve...but no one on ANY service provider other than Rogers seems to be able to recieve my sent texts! I have contacted Rogers Tech Support TWICE and not only are they incredibly rude but of no help whatsoever, insinuating that the problem lies with all the other service providers and since mine works Rogers to Rogers they aren't concerned! Other than this issue, I am happy with my Curve! Can anyone advise me on my problem?
GET A NEW PHONE! not a new blackberry, a different brand completely. I am on my third blackberry curve with at&t and people on other providers either dont receive my text messages, or they show up blank 98% of the time!

To block a number from your Blackberry Curve you can download the Mr. Number Call Block and Caller ID from the BlackBerry App world for free. Mr. Number is the first and only app for BlackBerry® smartphones that can block both calls and texts! You can download it by going to this site: https://appworld.blackberry.com/webstore/content/13156
I just looked at one and surprisingly no, there is no option to automatically display text messages. If you Go to your text messaging screen and hit the menu button you can go through all your options and see.
First, download and install the latest version of BlackBerry Desktop Manager software from: https://www.blackberry.com/Downloads/contactFormPreload.do?code=A8BAA56554F96369AB93E4F3BB068C22&dl=DA5FB46338C8C0DCB1039F7898184FC5 Once installed, connect your BlackBerry to your computer via the USB sync cable. Open Desktop Manager, and click the Application Loader. On the right, you will see Update your device software. Click the Start Button, and if your BlackBerry is not on the latest Handheld Software, an update will appear. Select the update, and run the install. Be sure to select the option that backs up and restores your data. Once started, do not shut down your computer, or disconnect the USB sync cable as this could damage the device. Once completed, your BlackBerry will restart and you will have the latest version available. This version has been known to correct various issues, like this error here. If the issue is still present, then it could be hardware related, and may need to be repaired or replaced. I would then suggest contacting your Provider for Hardware Support.
