Even after pushing eject button and Ctrl-J, going to Windows Media Player and pressing eject; error message shows 'stop processing using dvd-rw drive' there is nothing accessing this drive
Turn off the laptop and turn it on again as soon as you see the windows startup push eject button see if it open if not then the CD rom is jammed inside
