Flicker and Noice

Screen flickers when I move cursor - kind of a color change. I am using a wireless mouse/keyboard combination. Also, when I change the auto video settings to anything but graphics, there is a loud buzz from unit. Thanks!!

Screen flickers for about 20-30 seconds sporadically

Try looking at the LCD screen at a sharp angle to see if ghost-like video can be seen during the 'off' time of the flicker.  If video is still present even though not that visible, then either the backlight or its power supply are failing. The color problem could also be caused by a backlight lamp that is not ionizing completely.

Mouse cursor moving by itself

In windows xp go into start menu, then into control panel then click on appearance and themes, then move your mouse over to mouse pointers click on it , uncheck "enhance pointer precision, and click apply, that will stop the mouse from acting crazy, this will work with dell mouse pointers and most.

Monitor flickers

First check whether you didn’t put the Inverter or UPS or any kind of huge power supply which content the big or higher voltage transformer...
Secondly try the degauss button on the front panel of the monitor…
Third thing is CRT’s power supply section capacitor is leakage so you need to change…
(If you know how to remove the parts from the CRT other wise go to the CRT repairer.)
