What do you mean by won't install the pictures?
Have you already installed the software for you camera on the computer?
Make sure that your computer detects the memory card on your camera, usually there will be a green icon on the lower right hand side of your screen(assuming the computer is running Windows) indicating safely remove hardware if there is no such icon that means either the camera software and driver is not yet installed or the actual computer fails to detect that there is a device attched to it through USB..
