Question about Casio Parts Cash Register PC Desktop
This is a very old machine, so it has probably been neglected as they usually are. The most likely cause is the backup battery. It is a rechargeable type that is soldered into the board inside. Open both machines and inspect the battery in each. If it is too old, it will usually be leaking all over the board causing corrosion. Both ends of the battery should be clean and shiny. Check the batteries and get back to me.
