There may not be a code set compatible with your Proview TV since this brand is not that widely distributed.
The code sets available in any remote reflect the brand names and feature sets of TVs (and other entertainment electronics) that prevailed when the remote was designed.
Even the so-called 'learning' remotes will not program to every InfraRed remote.

Here's how I got mine to work. FIRST THING: Once it's programmed, you use the TV function keys at the bottom of the remote for Power On, channel changing, etc. The other keys on the remote don't operate the TV.
1) Press the "code set" button with a pen or straightened paper clip 2) Press the [A] key (next to "V-AUX") 3) Enter the code
Test it by pressing the Power key in the TV section on the remote (NOT the "Source" Power" key or Main power key at the top).
