I'm not sure what else to add. I have the Mitsubishi WS-65513 that had the constant blinking light problem. I replaced the CAPs on the DM board and tested the fuses on that board and I still have the same problem. I need some direction on what to try next.

Since you didn't add your message to the original one, I don't know what you have already tried or any other details so - If you can find the original thread, post the link to this one.
If a switched mode power supply is cycling, it is either ill or it is preventing further damage caused by a downstream problem by not allowing full operation.
I don't think anyone can send you a solution unless it is a known problem with particular models.

Mitsubishi green blinking light of death

Hi Jim,

Green blinking light of death on Mitsubishi DLP TV means that the DM failed to booted up. I would advice you to replaced the 7 1000uf electrolytic capacitor on the DM board. Most of the time it fixed the symptoms. Please inquire at tvrepairworld.com if they have an available DM repair kit for V36 chassis (WD-57733 chassis).

steady blinking is the DM failing to complete the boot sequence. Your more than likely needing the DM repair kit.

The DM board is the one with the digital connectors on the back panel. If you already have it appart, you may as well check the caps on all of the boards. The caps that go bad are typically Jamicon brand caps in 1000 uF and 330 uF values. There are also a couple of 3300 uF caps in the PS that cause problems.

often the capacitors will show no visible sign of swelling. 90% of the time the blinking light symptom is caused by those capacitors

Have mitsu model # ws-65813 wont turn on

You have a common problem in the DM (Digital Module), more specifically the DM power supply. There are four electrolytic caps in that supply 16v/1000uf that are bad and likely buldged from heat stress. Replacing these caps and the E2P module, a small stand-up board further back on the main DM board should restore normal operation...
You might be lucky enough to have a tech come out and simply replace those caps in-home. It's not a really big job for a qualified tech.
Hope this helps!
