Question about Mitsubishi WS-65513 65" Rear Projection HDTV
Since you didn't add your message to the original one, I don't know what you have already tried or any other details so -
If you can find the original thread, post the link to this one.
If a switched mode power supply is cycling, it is either ill or it is preventing further damage caused by a downstream problem by not allowing full operation.
I don't think anyone can send you a solution unless it is a known problem with particular models.
