Hello you can delete the print job manually. you need to have administrative right on the computer to do this.
go to run> input "cmd" write net stop spooler go to %SystemRoot%\system32\spool\printers or(System32\SpoolPrinters ) delete all files that ends with-> .SPL and .SHD
then write in cmd "net start spooler" check your printer job now and it should be gone.

when we pause some prints from specific computer (if ur using lan) then go to computer where physically printer attached then print some pages and when printer utility display appears on screen find on that pause is enable trying to resume from that
you might have multiple prints loaded make sure you have the printer turned off it might load another page to be printed you will need to open up a page you are about to print click ok a page will open with a display print que tab you will see all of the prints you have loaded right click on the ones you dont need select delete
in the computer click the printer icon and see if there is any printing Que if there is delete all then close it then click start settings printer then make the printer your default printer then right click the default printer and click print a test page also check the cartridge ink level
Sounds like your secratery's printer is set to ignore paper mismatch errors. It depends on the setting you have in your driver. Can you set your driver on your printer to ignore paper mismatch errors. If not when your printer errors, just try hitting the go button and it should print the document any way.
