Trying to install iTunes, but I'm having problems, I keep getting this message –
"iTunes could not be installed because Visual Basic Script (VBScript) is not installed or has been disabled. Make sure VBScript is installed, turn off script blocking in anti-virus and personal firewall software, reregister VBScript, and then install iTunes."
Hi, are you using Windows Vista? If so, go to the Start Menu, click All Programs, then Accessories, then right click on Command Prompt and select Run As Administrator.
In the box that appears, type: CD c:\windows\system32\ and then press enter.
Then type: regsvr32 vbscript.dll and press enter, then click OK.
Close the command prompt and try reinstalling itunes.
