Question about Samsung CLX 3160fn All-In-One Printer
I have a vertical black line appearing on photocopying and also on anything scanned. It is on righthandside about one inch in from border. However, does not appear when printing. I have changed the imaging unit, cleaned the glass but still the line appears - any ideas
You have a small trace dust or error correction fluid (like Liquid Paper) allocated in the thin, rectangular piece of glass that seats to the left side of the scanning glass. Clean this small glass carefully and the problem should go away.
