Problem with the Facebook Social Network

Using Google chrome I'm unable to add friends, this really sucks, I mean this is Facebook, if I can't add friends why am I here?

Did anyone find a way to get over this problem?

Even i find this problem,its obvious that a beta product will have many bugs and create problems,but i recommend you to regularly update chrome so that this problem will disappear in near future,but i personally feel IE 8 beta 2 rocks with no bugs.
