My laptop wont let me go on facebook, it says the internet cannot connect to the page. I can go on any other website BUT facebook, I go on my phone & it works perfectly fine, but when I try going on my computer, it wont let me. I've tried uninstalling programs, deleting browsing history, & getting anti-virus downloads but nothing seems to work. HELP.

Are you able to access other websites?
Are you able to access facebook on another PC/laptop/phone that is connected to your network?
If you can access other websites but not facebook, give your internet provider a call. They might be blocking it (I don't know why they would though).
Try using a proxy website such as: anonymouse.org/
check your internet connectivity.. check if the FB app on the phone is updated .. reboot the phone .. free some disc space on the phone to improve speed.
If your Phone is connected to the internet, you can install the Facebook app, from the Google Store, or you can use a page in your browses and goto the Facebook login page. For both you need to login with the correct username (mail address) and correct password.
Just try to refresh the page, it generally happens with slow internet connections. Depends where exactly you are using Facebook, on your phone or on your computer and is it through wifi or mobile data.
It would be very unusual if your laptop can open the other websites and not facebook. Try a different browser like firefox or chrome. Try using your laptop with a different internet connection (a friends place or a cafe). Check you firewall if facebook is blocked.
