Wont spin the clothes they are soaking wet to put in the dryer .

Sounds like the timer is screwed... Sending out the wrong signals and the dryer is doing the rinse cycle when it should just be the spin cycle. Do t know what your timer looks like in that washer but most now days look like the picture.

The tub is not spinning. It could be anything form a plugged drain hose, to a defective control board.
Do you want to make a service call , or are you techical enough that I can send you test procedure?

Final spin does not appear to be working. Clothes are soaking wet after the buzzer has gone off. Any ideas would be helpful. Thanks.

Same problem here....I have had my brand new Whirlpool Duet Steam front load washer for a whole 4 days... It has worked perfectly until now. I checked on the clothes because it seemed like they just kept going and going... they were soaking wet!! When I took the clothes out the dryer had a huge puddle of water in it..Can anyone offer any help?

I am having the same problem on a WD9900A. The wash cycle works great. Spins fast and clothes are completely rung out. Dryer cycle heats up well. Fluffs and heats cloths. At some point during dry cycle water is injected on clothes and they end up sopping wet; much wetter than after wash. Filter is clear. Outlet pipe clear and functions well. Possible problem with dryer timer? Or washer timing kicking back on?

Your heating element is not working. The element could be burnt out or the high temperature switch is bad.

the problem is your spin program is normal but the machine could not do its job usually there is broken pin clucth under the spinning tube and sometimes the spin gear.this is due to overlload problem. you should brought the machine to your trusted machine repairer as this cost you around US 100-200 in comparison if you buy new one
