If your keyboard can not type a question mark, this means that it is not normal, the problem is often caused by the keyboard problem. change your keyboard will solve your problem.

All you have to do is hold the SHIFT key down and then press the BACKSLASH (/) key. This should allow you to access your question mark character.

Just use your mouse to click on the link, which is the underlined and highlighted text just above. This will open a new web browser page automatically for you and allow you to view the information and items at the website indicated.
You can see the QUESTION MARK / BACKSLASH key near the lower right hand corner of the keyboard in that image.

1.1 Press MENU to access MAIN MENU screen,
then press CH UP (8) or DOWN (9) to
move the " " mark to "SET UP".
1.2 Press VOL (+) or (-) to access SET UP
mode, then press CH UP (8) or DOWN (9)
to move the " " mark to "CH SETTING".

SETTING screen.
1.4 Press CH UP (8) or DOWN (9) to move
the " " mark to "CH SEARCH", then press
VOL (+) or (-) to access CH SEARCH
mode.
START
2.1 Press VOL (+). The tuner will search
through all available channels in your area
and add them into the TV's memory.
STOP
2.2 Press VOL (-). CH SEARCH will stop at
the current channel and will not add any
higher channels.
2.3 Press MENU to exit.
