Try This It should work for windows xp and below.

After you download the application it should be a simple next, next next, finish install. What I mean by that is you really shouldn't have to change any of the default options and should simply be able to click next on each screen.

This is driver you need. choose from two locations

BOUGHT MY PHILIPS SAA7130 TV TURNER/FM RADIO THE MANUAL STATES THAT I MUST INSERT THE CD KEY FOR THE FIRST TIME WHEN ISTALING BUT I DIDNOT SEE THE OPTION WHEN INSTALLED MY CARD AND IT SAYS FM RADIO OPTIONAL BUT NOTHING IS PLAYING FROM RADIO

just go to the product manufacturer web site, there is a download section there and it will ask you what is you product is, www.philips.com

Download the Windows Vista driver for your card from the manufacturers website. This should fix the problem. Hope this helps.
