Check that the door seal is on properly. There is a spring that goes around the seal to hold it on

If this has a belt, then the belt may be broken or stretched out. Bad drum bearings can seize up and won't let the drum rotate anymore. A bad door switch can cause the machine not to run.

As I understand, when you order the door boot, an instruction paper comes with it. I have done it but each model and make is different. I would research the net also.

You need to check if the door is not loose on the washer, make sure you tighten all the screws on the door
