It's a fuser overheat error enter service mode to clear, if it comes back service call ( push in sequence clear modes(yellow) 1 0 7 hold down stop for 5 or so seconds, screen will change, power down, red switch. -Carl
sc 548- service call - fusing unit not set properly the fusing unit connector may be loose. u can reset the error by entering the service mode (careful -do not change anything ) to enter the service mode press [all clear](yellow button) ,,,,[clear](orange button)and keep the button pressed for about 5 sec. go in copier options , then mode 5, then option 810 and execute(or 1 & ok)

Poor fusing unit connection
check the 2 sensors on the left hand side of the copier (as you look at
where the fuser is located). These get knocked & moved out of
this sc 548 usually happens when paper jam occurs and user does not
properly fit the fuser... also not fiitted properly due to some
foreign object in between fusing belt and the sensor...
Enter SP 5810 (SC code reset), select “Execute”, select “close”, exit SP mode then turn main power switch off and on. to enter SP mode press yellow C button press 1 0 7 on numeric keypad and then hold down the orange C button from the menu select copier SP then type in 5801 and press # selest execute then power off and back on. The SC 548 error usually occcurs in the fuser section when it ahas been reset incorrectly the drive and gears are not locking properly or the sensor has not registered the fuser correctly I would look in these areas check the seating of the fuser you can reset this in the modes with 5-810 sc reset then turn off.
To clear level A SC codes such as this SC541, you need to

Please check if the thermistors are the proper ones and are installed correctly in their position properly.
This is also useful for SC542.
Please check the thermostats and fusing lamps for open circuit.

sc 401 means transfer roller leak error.a transfer current leaksignal is detected.posible causes is 1.transfer power pack is defective 2.poor connection between the transfer terminal and the trnsfer power pack
sc 419 mean quenching lamperor.1 quenching lamp defective 2.poor conection between power pack and quenching lamp.
check all component but pay attetion to the current leak at the transfer because there both connected at the power pack
