Possible bad lamp, color wheel or both. Do you also hear a grinding or louder than normal whirling sound? If so, then it's your color wheel. If not, try just replacing the lamp.

Hey it sounds like u have did everything, so check and make sure u downloaded the right firmware on a good USB drive such as a 4GB and make sure format it with Fat32 before u download. Have seen that before with jump drive device and follow directions from Mfg website. If does not work then the CPU or Eprom has been corrupted and main board needs replacing.

Only get Welcome screen and green blinking lite. Then shuts off. Buttons locked out also. Need to get software update V41C-11.3 Mitsubishi-tv.com. Go to support then software update.
