"SIM Lock" means that your are locked to o2 network and you cannot use other provider's SIM in your mobile..in order to get rid of this problem you have to unlock your mobile..you can unlock your mobile by unlock codes and its the safe and best way of unlocking..and also don't try with hardware/software unlocking because there is risk involved..for unlock code you can contact your provider or can get it from online providers..one of my friend got unlock code for his mobile from simpleunlocking and unlocked his mobile..you can too try getting codes from them to unlock your mobile..

How do i unlock the phone lock on samsung gt-b3310

Hello,
If you want to unlock your phone put a sim from another company then type *#9998*3323# it will reset your phone. Push exit and then push 7, it will reset again. Put your other sim in and it will say sim lock, type in 00000000 then it should be unlocked. Type in *0141# then the green call batton and it's unlocked to all networks. This code may not work on the older phones and some of the newer phones. If it doesn't work you will have to reset your phone without a sim in it by typing *#2767*2878# or *#9998*3855# (not tested)

Please let me know if you have any further questions or concerns.

Thanks.

I forgot security code of my mobile

The SIM card protects your subscription and not the phone from unauthorised users. If you change SIM cards you can still use your phone with a new SIM card. Most SIM cards are blocked at the time of purchase. If your SIM card lock is on you have to enter your PIN (Personal Identity Card) every time you turn on the phone.

If you enter the wrong password three times in a row the SIM card gets blocked. This is indicated by the message PIN Blocked To unblock this you need to enter your PUK

Note:

card (Personal Unblocking Key). Your PIN and PUK is supplied by your service provider. You can edit your PIN and select a new four to eight digit number
  • If the Message Codes do not match appears when you edit your PIN you entered the new PIN incorrectly.
  • If the message Wrong PIN followed by Old PIN appears then it means that you have entered the old PIN incorrectly.

To unblock your SIM card:
  1. When PIN Blocked appears enter your PUK > OK
  2. Enter a new four to eight PIN > OK
  3. Re-enter the new PIN to confirm > OK

To edit your PIN:
  1. > Settings > the General tab > Security > Locks > SIM Protection > Change PIN
  2. Enter your PIN > OK
  3. Enter a new four to eight digit PIN to confirm > OK

To turn the SIM card On /Off
  1. > Settings > the General tab > Security > Locks > SIM Protection > Protection and select On or Off
  2. Enter your PIN > OK
