Hi,
a 6ya Technician can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repair professionals here in the US.
click here to Talk to a Technician (only for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

I cant connect my psp to my computer

Plug a USB cord into the back of you computer. The bigger end goes to the PC. Then turn on your PSP and plug the smaller end into the PSP on the top edge above the disk drive. Scoll over to USB Connection and press X.

If you have done this sand it still fails more information is needed:

What are you doing to hook them together. Are they both turned on? Are you using a USB cord and if so is it the correct size?Have you tried another computer? Have you plugged another USB device into your computer?

Psp wont charge or hold a charger

It could be a bad battery or you can check under the psp if you can turn it on and make sure that under Settings > System Settings > USB Charge is set to on. If it is and it isn't charging then it's a bad battery.

USB fails to recognize my PSP

what are you trying to do? connect it to the computer?

if so try a new usb cable. if that dont work look inside the female ubs jack on the psp make sure all the pins are there. see if it wiggles any.

you might need to replace the ubs port on your psp. which is a soldering job.
