Fisher&Paykel Intuitive Eco 'Help, I need water'

My washer stopped in the middle of the wash cycle, and is no longer getting water through. I checked the hoses and faucets, and they are fine. When I tried again, it spurted water, and then the tub spun but no water came out. I've tried a couple times since, and it's the same story.

If the water is coming into the machine in spurts, you may have a problem with the out of balance switch but it's very difficult to determine by your description & also without knowing the model number. The manufacturers call center is open 24/7 if you want to call them - you can get a number for a repair guy too from them.

Fisher Paykel Intuitive Eco Washer is squealing

You need to pull out the washer, TURN OFF THE WATER, then take the water hoses off the back of the washer. Check the screens inside the water inlets for debris. If that doesn't fix the problem you may need to ask fisher paykel if it's safe to put a chemical like limeaway in those holes to remove hard water deposits that have built up inside the valves.

Could be a bad drain pump or controller or rotor position sensor. You will need a Tech to take a look. Unfortunately with these machines there can be many reasons for a failure. Call F/P to get a certified technician out there.

Out of balance during wash

Ok you need to check your machine is level- if not adjust feet. You aslo need to check the Bias spring is still attached if not get a new one or re-attach it. The Bias spring is a little spring that connects from the top of the front left suspention rod to the top of the plastic bowl cover (this spring is meant to help stop it going out of balance so easy. Cheers

Our washer did the same but it was after I took the excess drain hose and pushed it into the drain in the wall. I thought it looked "more tidy" In doing so I created a siphon effect. Once I pulled the excess hose back out it was fine.
