    I have the the 211 but it is a remanufacture. Looks the same as original, fits in the slot but the printer says it can't recognize it ??

    Please give print command and press Stop/Reset button for 5 seconds now, your printer will start one process. If you change both cartridge press again for 5 seconds (but it is only for change both cartridge)... now your printer is ready to use.... thanks

1.check the tri color remove it from the printer then use clean cloth to clean the mess on memory chip like dust.

Printers have a mechanism to detect refilled cartridges. By default it does not accept refilled ones. But there's a work around. Have a set of two (preferably 3) cartridges , refill and cycle them. This way the printer wont be able to detect that you have inserted a refilled cartridge.

Follow the instructions for replacing ink cartridges in your printer. Printers are designed to accept only cartridges made specifically for that printer. Disconnect the electric power to the printer for one minute.
With the new cartridge in the printer, reconnect the power (or turn it back on) It should work properly, then.
