TOSHIBA STARTUP PROBLEM

I am working on a Toshiba model TP-55G90. When you press the power on button the relay clicks and a few second later it clicks again and the red LED on the front flashes.When I remove the connector at P804 the set comes on but resistors 7725/7735/7730 get very hot, is Q752 in the Horizontal circuit the culprit
I have the - and + 15 volts and the + 30 volts..Any ideas would be appreciated.
