I do not speak Spanish (no hablo Espanol) -- but this is the solution...

Your issue is most likely a defective machine, and HP should assist you with repairing it or replacing it as appropriate. If you do not one of the specifically identified product numbers, or are in a different location, you still have a solid case for getting it corrected. The documentation is there that the product is defective, and HP needs to correct it for you. Good luck - I hope it goes well!
