- hello,

my scanner is canon cano scan 9950F, and i upgraded my computer to vista and my scanner doesn't work on my new computer anymore please does anyone know how which driver i need?

- I have the same problem but for Mac OS X 10.4.11
So frustrated. The driver disc has nothing but the installer in it after it restarts and the toolbox just says "unexpectedly quit" when I double click. PLEASE IF YOU KNOW WHAT I CAN DO LET ME KNOW. YOU CAN EMAIL ME TOO AT davidorme03@yahoo.com.

- why wont it work?!?!? tried pretty much every piece of software from the Canon site related to the 9950f and vista and it only allowa WIA which doesn't let me scan transparancies!!! RUBBISH- okeedokee

- I had to upgrade to Vista and have downloaded drivers from various sites but cannot get them to work. The Twain (?) doesnt recognise anything.
I have posted a request on Canon site but no answer yet. Any ideas?

I found the answer to the 9950F VISTA driver - I went onto Canon's site and downloaded the VISTA driver - AND - the toolbox. Then a reboot and this time Vista recognised the 9950F.
