Select your model and download the driver.I have checked all 700 series laptops audio drivers.and all models use same audio driver (ADI Sound max). so if you are confused about your 700's series.then download from any one of them.

After installing UAA then you install the audio driver, I am sure your problem will be fixed.
In Sp3 the UAA package is inbuilt but in Sp2 it is not inbuilt.
Note: Do not install the audio driver First, You need to first install UAA bus driver and then if you install the audio driver it will work. You can also download the audio driver from the same site above mentioned if needed.
