Question about D-Link (des-3526) Networking Switch
You probably have to buy another switch. However, before you try that - the eighth most right cable - switch that out to see if it was a cable problem. That's an easy thing to try before you buy another switch.

u r saying after restarting of switch it is working fine.
if switch is hanging while all LEDS are blinking this means one of the network calbe is getting short. u may need to search the faulty cable and restart the switch

For isolating the issue, try connecting the same computer to different ports on this switch. Mostly it should not be an issue with the computer but still as we need to troubleshoot this logically, we need to try this.
Else keep the power cable unplugged and plug it back in after 15 minutes.
Lastly try connecting your computers directly with the modem one-by-one.
Still if the problem persists, you may have to get the switch replaced.
Because a switch is not an intelligent device, nothing much can be done to troubleshoot.
