I keep getting this error message from Twitter -

Sorry, you have reached your following limit for now.

What is the reason I receive this error message? How can I solve it?

Hello,
Twitter limit's how many people you can follow at a certain time, to help limit spam accounts. You may be able to contact Twitter Support or wait a day or two and see if it changes.

Twitter Support: http://help.twitter.com/requests/portal/new
-You will have to login with your Twitter username and password, then you might have to open the url again.

I have tried to join twitter and can't seem to get it done. I keep getting error messages and have never been able to join.
