Problem for Pioneer DEH-P5800MP CD Player

No rear output

I have a Pioneer DEH-P5800MP deck and am not getting any output from my rear speakers.  They're 2 6X9's powered by an amp and connected to the decks rear output through RCA cable.  When i turn on the power to the car the light on the amp turns red but not green like it should.  I bought a new amp thinking that was the problem but that didn't change anything, the light did turn green but still no sound.  Also sometimes when i drive over railroad tracks or hit bumps in the road my front right side cuts out with no sound and eventually comes back.  I've checked behind the dash and everything looks to be plugged in.  I had all this put in a little over 2 years ago and just recently started having these problems so I'm guessing that its the deck.  Is my deck bad???
