Hello David, welcome to FixYa.
I understand you have a concern with a WFL2066 series Bosch washer, specifically what is believed to be a filling and doing nothing else, correct ? I'll also presume there are no error codes present...or that you are aware of ?
The fisrts step may be to start a test program and see what comes of that and to quickly look at the back and inspect the status of the belt. To test...(If it is too small let me know I'll try and break it up into segments & re-post)
(most times a scenario like this involves simply the belt being spun off or breaking thus requiring just put back on or replacement. Other times it is the motor brushes).**Unplug the unit from the wall before removing panels or performing any service...safety first**
The back panel must be removed on the WFL for inspection, and to do so is as follows...
To remove rear panel to access drive motor and rear of drum, remove (7) T-20 & (4) T-30 Torx screws and gently lift panel up (off of tabs at top of panel).

From this vantage point you should be able to see if the bely has come off or not, if not you'll need to examine the motor which will require more involved investigation and you'll need a multi-meter/voltage meter.

Let me know what comes of this or if anything is not clear and I will continue to assist you going forward if necessary.
Thank you for choosing FixYa and good luck. If this does provide you with a solution please take a moment to rate the assistance and a brief testimony is appreciated as well.
Regards,
Macmarkus :)
