like if it has timing marks ???
and where they are
My Consew 205RB won't let the needle pick up the bobbin thread. The needle hits the bobbin occasionally and jams so tight that I have to use force to turn the machine wheel. When I try to sew, it lays the thread along the top of the material and causes a wadded mess of bobbin thread below. This is after I have loosened the set screws on the bottom shaft and moved it enough to free the jam.

I just received my FY5318. The manual has OK diagrams, but the text is Chinese. The Consew 205RB-1 is the same exact machine as the FY5318 and comes with the same manual but translated into English. It is downloadable from the Consew website. http://www.consew.com/View/Consew-Model-205RB-1
Once you replace the needle bar you have to retime the machine, why did you have to replace the needle bar? email me with your make and I will attach timing instructions. firstname.lastname@example.org or you can keep adjusting the needle bar until the point of the hook is just above the eye of the needle.
Go to www.consew.com and download the parts list for the 224 Consew. It's the same as the 226 for parts.
Or, go to www.diamondneedle.com. They have nearly every part you're likely to need. I got bobbin case screws, a hook, some metal reusable bobbins, and some needles, all at very reasonable prices.
