are you sure Mp4 is the supported video format for your mp3 player ? if it is, there must be something wrong with the resolution. you can use a video converter to convert videos to the right format and resolution for you. And I recommend the Best Video Converter I've used for you. hope this helps.

I'm having the same problem. I know my files are on my mp4 because it says there is only 2% disk space left...i have a Mp4 Digital Audio/video player with built in speakers...it was working fine but i think i may have acidentially deleted something i shouldnt have and i have no idea how to fix it. It also says empty disk when i go to play a song....but i know they are there.
Keep your mp4 player turned OFF while charging and keep it in for an hour. Let it charge up. If that doesn't work something else will - Follow these directions carefully!
1. GENTLY hold your Craig MP4 player in hand. 2. Walk over to window and hold it near sunlight for 2 minutes. 3. Shake it gently 3 times. 4. GENTLY place it down and wait 2 minutes. 5. Grab mp4 player and smash it into trash can.
