There is a possibility that the load was out of balance.or open the door and redistribute the clothes before trying again. You could try taking the washing out and putting the washing machine back onto a spin program. If it seems to spin OK now, it could be that the load was not balanced properly.

My washer is washi, spinning and so on but it is not draining,,,,,, same water for all cycles. It stops when it is doen but there is still a tub full of water...... I tried the lid switch trick that did...

new pump or blocked take the waste pipe of and see if water comes out take out side first or you kitchen will be flooded lol don't forget you are dealing with eleci please be aware

Are you using these all in one tablets? if so I would still advise to add salt as without this you will get limescale build up espesially if you are in a hard water area, hopefully this will solve your problem.
