What is the code of window xp2

There is no one "code" for windows xp. Microsoft uses strict anti-piracy and all codes are very unique for every different copy. If you are looking for a way around it, look for key-gens and cracks for it online, however doing so is very illegal and I do not recommend it. Windows XP is very cheap... just go buy a legit copy.

If you did buy a legit copy my apologies, it should be on the inside of the box :)

Good luck!

Im victim of software ounterfeiting.

Call Microsoft, at 1-800-R-U-LEGIT, and tell them where you purchased the computer, if that computer-store sold you a computer with a "bootleg" copy of Windows pre-installed. Microsoft prosecutes those computer-stores that are involved with "bootleg" software.

Then, follow the on-screen instructions to purchase a new license-key for Windows XP, using your credit-card.

Each copy of Windows XP has a unique 25-character license-key.
Legallly, that license-key can only be used to install Windows XP on _one_ computer at a time.

However, Microsoft is stating that the license-key used for your copy of Windows XP has been used on _more_ than one computer.

So, follow the on-screen instructions to use you credit-card to purchase a valid license-key for Windows XP. Or, if you have a fairly-recent computer, purchase a copy of Windows 7, and upgrade your computer.

Where did you get your computer? A computer-store that has "reused" a license-key is in violation of their contracts with Microsoft, and should be reported: 1-800-R-U-LEGIT.

buy a legit copy.

but if you are going to buy a legit copy of windows, i would suggest you get yourself a copy of windows 7 coz thats the latest OS from Microsoft and it works really great.

of course, your hardware needs to be able to support it.

This copy of windows did not pass genuine windows validation.

If you purchased the computer with Windows XP Professional pre-installed, then take the computer back to that seller, and report them to Microsoft (1-800-R-U-LEGIT) for selling you a computer with a "bootleg" copy of Microsoft software.

Or, reinstall Windows, using the 25-character license-key on the decal on the side of the desktop computer.

My problem is to remove the genuine software from my computer because no backrounds are showing in my desktop

The "Windows Genuine Advantage" software on your computer has discovered that you are using a "counterfeit" version of Windows XP.<br /> <br /> So, if you bought the computer from a computer-store, and they installed Windows, you can report them to Microsoft: call 1-800-R-U-LEGIT to report them as "software pirates".<br /> <br /> Or, see: <a href="http://www.microsoft.com/genuine/">http://www.microsoft.com/genuine/</a><br /> for information on how to convert your copy into a "genuine" copy of Microsoft Windows.<br /> <br /> Or, buy a retail copy of "Windows 7 Upgrade", and upgrade your Operating System from XP to the latest version.<br /> <br />

What is the product key of service pack 2

You won't be able to get a valid product key on Fixya. That would get any expert booted off as it would be dealing with pirated software.

If you can't afford to get a legitimate copy then look for a used computer or the used installations cd's with the legitimate serial on the package. XP is old enough that you can sometimes find these is thrift sotres for a very reasonable price. That gets you a legit serial number that hasn't been spread around or pirated and placed on Microsofts blacklist of pirated copies.

I have this problem

This error means that your install of windows was a pirate copy or it was installed to many times. If you got this copy of windows with a new computer call Microsoft at the number they have provided and they will get it resolved. If you are un sure where this copy of windows came from or you purchased the computer second hand you will need to purchase a valid copy of windows to make it go away. Microsoft has a program that allows you to purchase a valid copy at a discount if you buy it through them.
