Reddish tint on all pictires printed on my 4180. Same pictures prin perfectly on hp 7260.

All pictures printed on my F4180 have pinkish/reddish cast.

Skin tones are all pink. I am at a loss as to how to resolve this problem.

The problem occurs irrespective of the type of paper.

You are experiencing a printer cartridge problem. Sounds like some of the colors in the print cartidge have run out, either that or the nozzles are clogged. Run a nozzle check from the printer software, if it does not fix, try a new color cartridge.

Let me know how it works out for you.

My pictures have a reddish tint to them

If your pictures that have the reddish tint are taken indoors, the tint is likely caused by the lighting. You can set up a 'white balance" adjustment to fix that.

My pictures have a purple tint to them

You're either using old/expired film, or taking photos during dusk. Color film is balanced for daylight photography. Using it under conditions other than that will result in varying color casts on the resulting images.

Fluorescent lighting: Greenish
Indoor bulbs: Reddish/orange
Outdoor at night/dusk: Blueish/purpla
Ourdoor at dawn: Pink/blue

Or, you may have just gotten bad print work done. Try a different lab.

My toshiba 61h71 has a reddish tint to it. Turned it off one night and it looked fine, next morning it got this reddish tint. Tried resetting the convergence but that didn't change the situation at all....

A Reddish tint means that the Green signal is missing. Does the on screen menu look normal? If so, this points to the signal source. The fact that this happend suddenly, I would check your cables first.
Using YUV?
If the TV's Menu also looks reddish then there is an internal problem with the display.
Good luck

33 mm camera photos develop with pinkish green overtone

Your film may have gotten hot or has passed the expiration date. If the tint is splotchy, there could be a light leak, either in the camera or the film cassette after you take it out of the camera. If all your photos were taken indoors under incandescent light, they will also be tinted reddish.
