Make sure that the PC had enough disc space to load the software, there is no virus in the PC and also the memory is good.
If the PC can be scanned and checked, then the drives fragmented-- use system maintnenance, check your registery or if possible restore the PC to an earlier set date.
Also remove all the unwanted program files and clear the memory from unused programs. This will make the PC work faster and your new software driver /hardware will be installed.
If not download from the HP official support site.

Check voltage between 1 & 12 connector J32 on formatter should be 5V, if no replace DC controller(engine controller PCA),P.No RM 4932-000cn(120V), RM4936-000cn(220V).If voltage is good replace Formatter..P.No.CC396-60001

I cannot install the cd of HP LaserJet M1522 MPF Series its asking for windows xp, windows 2003 but mind is windows7 and its also asking to login in to administrator account where i was already in that...

The original disk is just to old to use for the newer operating systems.
