Make sure that the PC had enough disc space to load the software, there is no virus in the PC and also the memory is good.
If the PC can be scanned and checked, then the drives fragmented-- use system maintnenance, check your registery or if possible restore the PC to an earlier set date.
Also remove all the unwanted program files and clear the memory from unused programs. This will make the PC work faster and your new software driver /hardware will be installed.
