I'm guessing you've tried all the usual printer driver clean cycles etc? If not then, if you're in Windows, go to Control Panel -> Printers -> Printer Properties -> General Tab -> Printing Preferences -> Maintenance .. or something like that. Then click on print head/nozzle cleaning & print head alignment
