Possible that you have a damaged key pad or switch and in the first place if you are able to remove the keyboard and remove the pads to inspect , it will be useful to the confirmation of the fault.
If there is dirt , then clean and reset. If not check for track failure or damaged links, damaged connectors.
If however it seems that the keyboard has to be replaced then use an external wireless keyboard also can be tried-- or even a external usb type.
