Canon has the drivers and software for supported OS versions here: http://usa.canon.com/cusa/consumer/products/printers_multifunction/office_all_in_one_inkjet_printers/pixma_mx320?selectedName=DriversAndSoftware . Select your OS in the drop-down menu. Make sure to select the x64 bit version if you have Win7 64-bit. To check this, click Start > Control Panel > System and Security > System. If the OS title ends with x64, you have the 64-bit OS. Otherwise it's the 32-bit version.
Expand the section marked software and get the MP Navigator to get the full feature set of the all-in-one. Download this file. Then disconnect data cable from the computer. Uninstall the generic driver that is currently installed. (Start > Control Panel > Devices and Printers ; right click on the MX320 and choose Remove Device) Reboot the computer if prompted to do so. Then find the MP Navigator software installer and double-left click on it. The UAC prompt will come up and you need to accept the changes (note you must be the system administrator). Then connect the USB cable when prompted to do so.
Unfortunately you will not be able to download any third-party software that came with the original CD.
I hope this helps.
