Problems with playing World of Warcraft on my 6600gt

I baught a XFX 6600GT recently and have had it installed for about a week. World of warcraft was fine until a reformat, then every time I tried to log in, the text was blurred out and impossible to read. I finally log in blind and the game appears to be missing textures or SOMETHING because my character on the log in menu was solid green with black vertical lines. I tried Blizzards Repair program, reinstalling DirectX, reinstalling older drivers (81.85,) and even reinstalling the game itself. Any help would be GREATLY appreciated.

you can try uninstalling and installing your videocard drivers again and see if that helps out. but first, check out www.majorgeeks.com and download "driver cleaner". follow the instructions that come with it on how to properly uninstall your videocard dr

If your video card stops working after a reformat it's often a problem with the newly reinstalled drivers. The easiest way to check is to look at your dxdiag information. You do that as follows: click the Start button, click Run, type in dxdiag, click OK, click the Save All Information button, save the dxdiag.txt file, post the dxdiag.txt file as an attachment to your next post.
