Question about SanDisk Sansa e260 MP3 Player
The display on the player shows it is connected to my pc however when i go to explorer to drag a file, explorer doesnt show a connection to the player.
Check if the player was detected by the computer..
to check: go to device manager
right click my computer go to hardware tab and click device manager and scan for hardware changes.
a baloon will pop up if the device was already detected by the pc
however if it still not detected you must install the firmware of your device, or its driver so that you can browse its content.

Hi,
A 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
The service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
Good luck!
